● Location: 9 Bd Romain Rolland 75014 Paris (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Role Overview: 

The Contract Manager is in charge of contracts & order forms for the group Marketing, Digital and IT teams. He/she will be responsible for overseeing contractual agreements, negotiations, RFP and vendor relationships within the digital and IT sphere. Reports to the Chief Marketing and Transformation Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of marketing, digital and IT contracts.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with digital and IT vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.

  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with vendors to obtain favorable terms, pricing, and conditions for digital and IT contracts. Works on RFP when necessary- assessment grid, conditions… In charge of collecting business needs (technical, functional, and cyber security) and aligning with legal team to share from the start all necessary requirements. Negotiates contract terms, in close association with legal teams.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, procurement, finance, and IT departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in contract management practices within the digital and IT domain.

  • Documentation: In charge of the contract database: stores all contracts, masters renewal dates so as to warn business teams in time for potential change of partner / change of contract scope / negotiation of terms. Maintains accurate records and documentation related to digital and IT contracts, including contract terms, amendments, and correspondence.

Skills & experience we are looking for: 

This role requires a strong understanding of technology contracts, legal frameworks, communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing contracts in a fast-paced digital and IT environment.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in contract management within international business settings.

  • Experienced in suppliers and providers management

  • Very at ease with legal terminology and constraints

  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing digital and IT contracts (e.g., GDPR, data protection laws) is desirable.

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.

  • Leadership skills and good communication skills

  • Autonomy, capacity to ‘make things happen’
